Embark’s Mission & Vision

Mission: To educate and equip each unique person with authentic yoga experiences and practical tools so each becomes self-empowered and intentional in living their best life.

Vision: To create social change, peace, health, and wellness through Yoga's great tradition, one person at a time.

“Dawn helped me start to cultivate a quiet center that I can reconnect with, and work from, any time of day. She did that with her depth of knowledge, compassionate attention, and willingness to experiment and be flexible. I appreciate that she always had a plan yet always gave me the opportunity to take the lead; I think she did an excellent job of hearing my concerns, applying her expertise, always having a goal, but also working with whatever I brought to the room on a particular day. This dance of flexibility and control is a mark of an advanced teacher.”
