Event: Embark Yoga Book Club - Nourish the Mind, Nourish the Soul

Yoga is a wisdom tradition and lifestyle that reaches far beyond yoga poses. Each meeting will open with a few minutes of centering and breath awareness, followed by enriching conversation that may help us contemplate what we have read.

Day: In person, the 3rd Tuesday of every month (unless otherwise notified).

Time: 6:00-7:00PM

The program is free, and no prior yoga experience or knowledge is necessary

Participants will be responsible for:

  • Getting a copy of the book (via purchase or library)

  • Assuming what is shared is confidential

  • Contributing to a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment

  • Understanding this group is not a “yoga class”, or a “talk therapy group” or a substitute for other professional care
